Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our 'Guest Returns' portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and authenticity cards are intact and included.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided in your original order or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our atelier verifies the item condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
